C#人事管理系统设计与实现+ER图+流程图 摘 要:本文设计的人事管理系统采用C/S结构，在Windows XP操作系统下，使用计算机，对所有企业员工的人事信息进行保存；在需要时进行查找或者增加、修改和删除等操作。实现无纸化办公，提高工作效率。它是以Visual Basic .NET和SQL Server 2000数据库作为开发平台,完成数据输入、修改、存储、调用查询等功能；并使用SQL Server 2000数据库形成数据表，进行数据存储。

Design and Implementation on Personnel management system
Abstract: In this paper the design of the personnel management system using (C / S )structure, the Windows XP operating system, using a computer, for all enterprises personnel information is saved; in case of need to find or add, modify and delete operations.The realization of paperless office, improve work efficiency.It is based on Visual Basic NET and SQL Server 2000 database as the development platform, data input, modification, storage, call inquiries and other functions; and use the SQL Server 2000 database data tables, data storage.
