数字签名在电子病历系统中的实现 摘 要:随着电子信息技术的不断发展,病历也由传统的纸质病历转变为电子病历,电子病历的安全性尤为重要。为保证电子病历的安全性,本论文主要运用数字签名、密码技术、XML病历文档等技术。数字签名能够有效的保证电子病历文档的完整性、有效性和不可否认性。运用RSA算法生成公钥和私钥确保电子病历的安全性、XML病历签名文档实现了对病历录用、签名的抽取和签名的验证等功能。

The Realization of Digital Signatures in Electronic Medical Record System
Abstract: With the continuous development of electronic information technology, medical records from the traditional paper-based medical records into electronic medical records, electronic medical records security is particularly important. To ensure the security of electronic medical records, in this thesis, the use of digital signatures, encryption, XML documents and other medical technologies. Digital signature can effectively guarantee electronic medical record documents for completeness, validity and non-repudiation. Using RSA algorithm to generate public and private keys to ensure the security of electronic medical records, XML medical records signed document to achieve the right hire, signature extraction and signature verification and other functions.
