C#+mysql人事管理系统论文 摘 要：随着信息技术的迅速普及发展,各种人事资源管理系统已开始在我国得到了广泛的应用。同时，也为提高机关和企事业单位的办公效率和办公质量,提高管理水平,提高决策的正确性作出了重要贡献。另外，此领域的研究也是丰富多彩的。本文尝试对人事资源管理系统研究领域内主要观点和开发技术方案进行归纳分析。首先从人事资源管理系统基本概述展开，然后对人事资源管理系统的开发工具和技术、结构设计、功能设计以用安全性分析进行了进一步的讨论，最后扼要的分析总结，力求为人们进一步研究开发人事资源管理系统提供一些有益的视角和参考方案。

Abstract: Along with the rapid popularization of information technology development, all kinds of human resources management system in our country have started a wide range of applications. At the same time, in order to improve the authorities and enterprises and institutions’ office efficiency and office quality, improve the level of management; improve the accuracy of decision made an important contribution.
