摘 要：课题在了解牵牛花基本习性的基础上，本课题首先从牵牛花的介绍入手，对其特点和生理特性就行相关描述，然后基于这些生理特性，对牵牛花种子的萌发特性和发芽情况进行试验研究，根据牵牛花种子的发芽特性，采用对比观察法，分别给予在温室条件下播种、在自然条件下播种、在播种前进行层积处理，以及不同冷藏时间为45天、75天和105天的处理下，分别观察其发芽情况，并统计出种子的发芽率和发芽势。研究牵牛花种子发芽的数据，对牵牛花的育种工作和深入地研究提供可能的理论依据，为相关研究提供客观上的数据参考。本文来自优&文*论~文'网，毕业论文 www.youerw.com 加7位QQ324,9114找源文
