摘要

在现在社会信息化发展的推动下，一些公司以及企事业单位都加大了信息管理系统的开发力度。路产管理系统 第2页应用于企事业单位，起目的主要是实现一个集成的办公环境，让所有工作人员能够实现知识管理。随着各企事业单位的不断发展和规模的不断扩大，管理这些庞大的体系非常困难的，原始的人工操作存在很多弊端，查找很不方便，统计比较复杂而且容易出错，对信息的管理较麻烦，浪费人力资源，因为路产信息的情况是随时改变的，因此必须对路产信息进行动态的管理，而这对于一个管理人员来说是一件比较复杂的事情，存储，查询，管理是必不可少的业务。针对这一特点因此制作了此次的毕业设计—路产管理系统 第2页。路产管理系统 第2页采用Delphi 7作为开发环境, 数据库采用微软的Access，使用C/S架构开发一套路产管理系统 第2页，可对各种路产设施的基本信息进行文护、查询和统计。

路产管理系统 第2页开发工作涉及到C/S编程。完成的主要功能模块包括：

路产设施基本信息管理模块,文护路产设施的基本信息，能够增加删除、修改项目，并能够保存相关的图像文件。支持多种格式图片导入。多条件混合任意组合查询，能够使多个数据表的查询再同一个界面中完成，并能过产生相应的卡片打印和统计资料报表的生成。针对所做的系统选择了相应的开发工具Delphi 7，Access，在整个系统中实现了用户的管理主要对用户和用户的权限进行信息的管理以及各个路段内的路产设施进行增加，删除，修改等基本操作并且针对同一路段内路产设施做出了综合查询的功能，在路产设备信息文护的功能中还增加了导入图片的功能。

Abstract

In modern society ，the development of information drives some companies and corporation to strengthen Manage Information System’s Empolder.Road Product Manage System is used in corporation in order to realize a competitive office environment and lets all the members get the idea of information manage. Along with the development of corporation and the extend in size, the leaders face too many difficulties in the process of managing such enormous system. There are many abuses in the original manual operating. For example, it is very complex to lookup data and stat with many mistakes. So we can see that the traditional method has some troubles and in the same time it wastes resource. Because of the alterative road product information at any moment, we must realize the dynamic manage.

To be a manager, it will be too boring to store, query. For all the reasons, this paper will introduce the procedure of developing the Road Product Manage System. This paper adopts Delphi 7.0 as external environment and Access by Microsoft as the background. The system can manage the Road Product Information, the users can lookup data they need.

The develop of this system come down to the c/s program. This paper basically completes main function .It is described as following:

    One is the basic information manage module. This module provides users some function such as adding ,deleting and modifying, meanwhile users can save correlative image files and support multi_format image import. Users not only can query with more than one condition, but also can make many data tables’ query function in the same interface. Finally, the system

The system provides print function and also can build data report.

     Based on Delphi 7.0 and Access, the system mainly realizes some important information’s manage such as user’s power, road product facility in each section of highway. Users can add, delete and modify the record and get some information about some road product, the system also owns the function to import image file to the database.
