先进控制在组态软件中的扩展与应用
组态软件实现其功能扩展的方法主要有COM组件技术、OPC技术、ActiveX组件嵌入技术、DDE技术等。本文根据动态数据交换(DDE)技术和组态软件在测控系统中的应用情况,分析了DDE和组态软件结合的必要性。
本文以模糊控制功能在InTouch软件平台扩展为实例,研究并提出了采用DDE技术在组态软件中扩展先进控制功能的方法。实例以Matlab和InTouch软件为平台,用Matlab完成模糊控制算法的计算任务,用InTouch工控软件完成数据采集、控制信息输出以及友好的用户交互等功能。二者通过DDE协议进行数据交换,把模糊控制这种先进的控制算法方便地应用到InTouch组态控制系统当中。
仿真实验表明,这种功能扩展方法是可行的,并且具有较好的开放性和灵活性。

The method to expand the function of the configuration software mostly include COM component technology,OPC technology, ActiveX control technology,DDE technology and so on.This article analysis the necessity of combining DDE and configuration together according the application of Dynamic Data Exchange technology and configuration software in the control system,then take the expansion of fuzzy control function in the InTonch flat for example,reseach and propose the method that use DDE technology to expand the advanced control function in the configuration software.The example based on Matlab and InTouch,use Matlab to complete the calculating of the fuzzy control algorithm,and use InTouch to complete the data gathering,output information controlling and friendly communication between the users.The two section complete their data exchange through DDE agreement,then made the advanced control algorithm namely fuzzy control could be used in InTouch configuration system conveniencely.
The result of the simulation experiment shows,this method of function expansion is feasible and have better opening and flexibility.
