引言
木聚糖是植物细胞壁中主要的半纤文素成分,是自然界中仅次于纤文素的可再生的丰富生物资源[12]。木聚糖降解需要木聚糖酶系的协同作用,主要包括作用于主链内部木糖苷键的β-l,4-内切木聚糖酶(endo-l,4-β-D—xylanxylanohydrolase,EC.3.2.1.8),将木聚糖分解成木寡糖和少量的木糖;作用于木聚糖和低聚木糖非还原端的β-1,4.外切木聚糖酶(exo-l,4一β—D—xylanxylanohydmlase,EC.3.2.1.7),产物为木糖;作用于低聚木糖非末端β-木糖苷酶(1,4一β-D-xylosidase,EC.3.2.1.37),释放出木糖[2]。
