Abstract
The design of the compressor repair shipyard hull workshop is important one of the processing devices, it can help all kinds of mold, processing FWD and aft double curvature plate, single rate board and wavy wall and other marine cold bending workpiece. This subject is mainly the design of compressor with movable pumping station pressure head and the work bench mobile and synchronous system components, I do is mobile pumping station design. First I decided to press frame, and then determine the master cylinder system, selection of main cylinder body type and return cylinder models to establish the hydraulic circuit system selection of motor and pump models, finally design the mobile station layout and the support cylinder and the dolly wheel.
