ZEMAX高分辨率手机摄像头的光学设计 摘 要:在光学设计软件ZEMAX的辅助下,采用像元为1.40的CMOS图像传感器,设计一款800万像素的手机摄像头,该手机镜头由三片非球面塑料镜片,一片非球面玻璃镜片和一片滤光片组成。该镜头焦距为3.5mm,光圈值F为2.8,视场角为60°,设计的结果表明:均方根差半径(RMS)小于1.4μm,畸变小于2%,镜头的长度为5.38mm,半像高2.069mm。符合设计的要求,对手机摄像头镜头的设计有一定参考价值。

High Resolution Optical Design of Mobile Phone Camera
Abstract:By the aid of optical design soft are ZEMAX, an eight mega-pixel mobile phone camera lens matched with one CMOS image sensor of 1.40μm pixel size was designed. The system includes three plastic aspheric lenses, a glass aspheric and an IR cut filter. The effective focal length is 3.25mm, the F-number is 2.8 and FOV is 60°.The design result shows that RMS spot radius at different field are less than 1.4μm.Distortion is less than 2%, total length is 5.38mm and half image height is 2.069mm.Comply with the design requirements, and has a certain reference value to design of mobile phone camera lens
