浅谈做好微博监管的策略
摘 要：微博的良好发展有赖于对其进行较好的监管，然而，目前我国对微博的监管存在着诸多不足，包括专门针对微博的法律规范缺失、监管方式有待改善、监管手段推行存在漏洞、专门独立的监管组织缺失等一系列问题。本文采用文献研究、案例分析等研究方法，从分析微博监管中所存在的问题入手，提出要完善相关法律法规，建立分级分类的监管制度，加强微博运营商与用户自律，并组建专门独立的微博监管组织等具体监管策略，以期为当前的微博监管提供借鉴，为构建和谐的新媒体环境出谋划策。

Discussion on Micro-blog Regulatory Strategy
Abstract：Microblogging development depends on its better regulation, however, there are many problems in microblogging’s supervision in China, such as lack of relevant laws and regulations, imperfection of supervision methods, loophole in means of supervision and void of specialized independent supervision organizations and so on. By means of literature researches, case analysis, etc, beginning with existent problems, the paper puts forward specific supervision strategies, including the improving relevant laws and regulations, establishing classification supervision system, promoting self-discipline of operators and users ,setting up a special independent microblogging supervision organization. It looks forward to providing references and advices for current supervision and building up a harmonious new media environment.
