含羧基功能化离子液体的制备+实验分析 摘要:羧基功能化离子液体拥有广泛地应用领域,本文用N-甲基咪唑与氯乙酸作为原料,先合成中间产物氯代1-羧甲基-3-甲基咪唑盐([Cmmim][Cl]),再将中间产物与NaBF4进行离子交换反应,最终合成羧基功能化离子液体1-羧甲基-2-甲基-咪唑四氟硼酸盐([Cmmim][BF4])。通过平行对比实验得到反应的最佳条件,即中间产物氯代1-羧甲基-3-甲基咪唑盐([Cmmim][Cl])的最佳反应条件为,用乙腈作溶剂,物质的量比为1:1,反应温度为70℃,反应时间为8h,产率可达到近90%;最终产物1-羧甲基-2-甲基-咪唑四氟硼酸盐([Cmmim][BF4])的最佳反应条件为,物质的量比为1:1,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为12h,产率可达到87%。最终结果用核磁共振表征。

Synthesis of carboxyl-functionalized ionic liquids
Abstract: There is a wide application of carboxyl-functionalized ionic liquids. In this article, we use N-methylimidazole and chloroacetic acid as raw materials, first we get the 1 - carboxymethyl -3 - methylimidazolium chloride([Cmmim][Cl]) as the intermediates. And then carry on the ion exchange of the intermediate product with NaBF4, the 1 - carboxy-methyl-2 - methyl – tetrafluoroborate([Cmmim][BF4]) was obtained finally. We get the optimum reaction conditions through a series of parallel comparative experiments. The result shows that, with the molar ratio of raw materials at 1:1, the reaction temperature at 70℃, and reaction for 8 hours, we will get the optimum results of nearly 90% yield of 1 - carboxymethyl -3 - methylimidazolium chloride([Cmmim][Cl]); with with the molar ratio of raw materials at 1:1, the reaction temperature at 80℃, and reaction for 12 hours, we will get the optimum results of 87% yield of 1 - carboxy-methyl-2 - methyl – tetrafluoroborate([Cmmim][Cl]).
