2、沟通的关键—倾听
胡锦涛同志在“七一”重要讲话中强调；“群众利益无小事。凡是涉及群众的切身利益和实际困难的事情，再小也要竭尽全力去办。”当年毛泽东同志从边区一个农民发出的一句牢骚话中，反省征粮过多、群众负担太重的问题，及时抓了开展大生产运动和实行精兵简政两件大事，密切了边区干群关系、军民关系，巩固了抗日根据地。作为领导要善于倾听员工呼声，自觉接受员工监督，广开言路，切实做好员工的沟通工作
倾听员工的声音，包括背后的议论是必要的。有些声音可能当时听不到，但迟早是要传人耳中的。听了这种议论，不要急于辩解，重要的是用事实来澄清。红军长征后，陈毅带领部分红军战士留在苏区坚持斗争。由于形势险恶，党的一些经费由几个负责人

3、沟通的境界一容忍
容忍是一种修养，是一种气度、胸怀。作为一个管理者，应该能容忍工作中的一些事和其下属员工。容忍这种气度胸怀是可以在学习中培养出来的，只有修养深厚之人，才能做到处事不惊。我们的管理者，在努力学习管理知识，现代的一些管理模式的同时，应该博览群书；待人处世温文福雅，而非一介草莽英雄。市场经济，我们要学习的东西太多，中国从计划经济步人社会主义市场经济才短短的二十多年，学术界、经济界都在探索。作为管理者只有不断学习，才能不断进步，一个人只有具备深厚的处事底魏，才能具备“容忍”的气度与胸怀。当然我们的容忍不是事事迁就，无原则的忍让。
俗话说“金无足赤，人无完人” ，求全责备是不可取的，这个时候，我们就必须学会容忍。由于性格的差异性、工作方法及工作作风差异性都可能造成工作中的不协调，甚至出现矛盾，只要不是原则性的错误，都是可以宽容的。
