东北方言是普通话的基础方言之一，从语言体系上讲，就是稍欠标准的普通话。东北方言的语音特点源于东北地区的人文差异和自然差异：满、蒙等少数民族的粗犷豪放影响了东北方言的形成；东北黑土地上丰肌醇厚的民风提供给东北方言豪迈的气质；气候的寒冷干燥感染了东北方言的粗豪风格。
经过对现有资料的阅读以及对东北方言的自我剖析，本文试通过与现代汉语普通话的对比中，从声母、韵母、声调三个主要方面做出细致分析,着重分析了东北方言的语音特点，并指出东北方言和现代汉语普通话之间对立统一关系。说明东北方言虽然在近年来很有“市场”，但是它永远不可能取代普通话——汉民族共同语的地位。关键词:普通话；东北方言；语音特点700
