摘要伴随着世界经济的飞速发展,石油、天然气的需求日益增加,因此油气输送管道作为石油、天然气的一种经济、安全、不间断的长距离输送工具取得了巨大的发展。为保证管线钢在实际生产生活中得到充分的应用,针对缺乏对管线钢空间不同位置的焊接工艺性能的研究,本实验对管线钢空间位置焊接时的电弧稳定性、飞溅、熔滴过渡进行了研究。86149
本实验以KUKA机器人作为夹具,搭建了高速摄像检测系统以及德维创数据采集系统研究了管线钢不同位置焊接过程中的电弧稳定性、焊接飞溅、熔滴过渡行为以及焊缝表面成形。通过Origin画图软件将德维创数据采集系统所采集的电流电压数据画图以便于分析和处理。
通过本实验的数据分析得出结论如下:管线钢立焊上向焊位置的电弧稳定相对较差;管线钢不同位置的熔滴过渡主要为滴状过渡,平焊位置和下坡焊位置的熔滴过度较差;在管线钢焊接时,不同位置的熔滴过渡时重力在熔滴上的作用对最终形成的熔滴尺寸有很大的影响;在管线钢焊接过程中,重力对焊缝表面成形有着不可忽视的影响。

Abstract Along with the rapid development of the world economy, increasing demand for oil, natural gas, so oil and gas pipeline as oil, natural gas, a kind of economic, safe and uninterrupted long distance transportation tools has made great development。 In order to ensure the pipeline steel in actual production and life get full application, for lack of different positions in space of pipeline steel welding process performance study, the experiment on the spatial location of pipeline steel welding arc stability, splash, droplet transition were studied。
The KUKA robot as jig, and to build the high speed video detection system and Devi a data acquisition system of the pipeline steel in different position welding process of arc stability, welding spatter, droplet transfer and weld surface forming。 Through the Origin drawing software, the current and voltage data collected by Devichan data acquisition system is drawing to facilitate the analysis and processing。
Through the experimental data analysis, a conclusion is drawn as follows: pipeline steel position 5 arc stability is relatively poor; pipeline steel at different positions in the droplet transition of droplet transfer, position 1 and 2 droplet over poor; in pipeline steel welding, depending on the location of the droplet transition effects of gravity on the droplet on the final form of the droplet size has great influence; in pipeline steel welding process, gravity on the weld surface forming effects can not be ignored。
