摘要铜铝双金属复合材料因为其优良的综合性能受到广泛关注,越来越多的学者对其进行深入研究并取得了很多成果。我国专家首次将三辊行星轧制技术应用于铝包铜管材的生产,实现了铜铝复合界面的冶金结合,使两者之间紧密结合,避免了两者界面间的电化学腐蚀。为了对比两者耐腐蚀性能,本课题采用对比试样腐蚀前后质量的变化和对比腐蚀电位和腐蚀电流两种方法。为此,本文设计了三个实验:浸泡腐蚀试验,盐雾腐蚀试验和电化学试验。浸泡腐蚀的浸泡液采用1mol/L的NH4Cl溶液,试验在室温条件下进行;盐雾腐蚀实验根据国家标准,采用化学纯或分析纯,浓度为5%(质量比)的NaCl溶液,试验温度恒定为35(±2)摄氏度;电化学试验采用动态恒电位法,选用的电解液是3。5%(质量比)的NaCl溶液,辅助电极为铂片,参比电极为饱和甘汞电极。浸泡试验前,纯铜管的质量为5。0946g,铝包铜管的质量为1。2708g,试验结束后,纯铜管的质量为5。0664g,铝包铜管的质量为1。2810g。盐雾实验前,内部密封的纯铜管试样的质量为3。9096g,铝包铜管试样的质量为3。3282g,另一组试样纯铜管试样的质量为3。9120g,铝包铜管试样的质量为1。5485g,试验结束后,内部密封的纯铜管试样的质量为3。9320g,铝包铜管试样的质量为3。3325g,不密封的纯铜管试样腐蚀后质量为3。6992g,不密封的铝包铜管试样质量为1。5481g。电化学试验纯铜管的腐蚀电位为-0。079V和-0。077V,腐蚀电流为1。288e+009A和1。231e+009A,铝包铜管的腐蚀电位为-0。647V和-0。643V,腐蚀电流为1。990e-004A和3。166e-004A。由上述数据我们可以看出,纯铜管的耐腐蚀性能没有铝包铜管的好,试样密封后质量的变化明显大于不密封,铵根离子的存在会加快腐蚀速率。87182
