摘要本试验主要是利用累积叠轧(ARB)技术成功出了制备了一些列叠轧道次(1p-4p)的Al/Mg/Al叠层复合材料,并选取2p和4p的样品对其进行后续的退火处理,研究随叠轧道次的增加及退火工艺参数(温度分别是250℃、300℃,保温时间10min、30min和180min)的变化,材料显微组织(晶粒和界面化合物)的演变规律及其力学性能(强度、硬度、延伸率)的变化规律。通过试验结果分析表明:87684
1)随着累积叠轧道次的增加和后续退火时间的延长,Al/Mg/Al复合材料中Al层和Mg层的界面结合逐渐由机械结合形成良好的冶金结合,并且各层内的原子之间互相扩散渗透,部分结合界面逐渐消失。
2)随着叠轧道次的增加,Al/Mg/Al复合材料的硬度不断提高,并且在首道次提高的幅度最大;各层的硬度主要取决于材料本身,但也受邻近层的轻微影响。
3)后续退火热处理降低了复合材料的材料硬度,并且随着退火温度的提高,退火时间越长,复合材料的硬度下降得越快。
4)分析认为,复合材料硬度的增加主要有两方面的原因:当叠轧道次比较小时,应变增加会导致材料内部位错大量增殖并逐渐缠结造成加工硬化;随着叠轧道次提高,累积应变继续增加导致基体晶粒细化,此时细晶强化起到了主导作用。

Title Study on the Preparation and mechanical properties of Lamilated Al/Mg/Al composites
Abstract This experiment by ARB technique of preparing 2p and 4P of Al / Mg / Al Laminated composite material, with annealing time for 250 and 300 degrees Celsius, the holding time 10 min, 30 min and 180 min, ranging from annealing treatment study with changes in the stack rolling pass increased and annealing process parameters, microstructure (grain and interfacial compound) evolution and mechanical properties (strength, hardness, elongation) changes。
Results show:
1) During the accumulative roll bonding, hardness increased and first increases with the magnitude of the maximum; hardness of each layer depends on the material itself, but also by minor effect on the adjacent layer。
2) after the accumulative roll bonding, the hardness of the material can be reduced;when the annealing temperature is higher and the annealing time is longer, the hardness value will be decreased obviously。
3) with the increase of the cumulative rolling pass and the extension of annealing time, the interface bonding quality is gradually improved, and the penetration between the layers is gradually disappearing。
4)the low strain is mainly due to the processing hardening caused by dislocation entanglement。 With the increase of the cumulative strain, the fine grain strengthening plays a leading role。
