摘要本文研究了SiCp/Al复合材料得电子束和钎焊两种焊接方法,对接头进行了宏观组织、微观组织、硬度及力学性能分析。结果表明:SiCp/Al复合材料的电子束焊接的最优工艺参数为I=17mA,V=13cm•s-1(线能量为78J•cm-1)。填充材料能明显改善接头的组织与性能,尤其是在I=17mA,V=13cm•s-1工艺规范下,填加铝硅共晶合金的接头组织中没有检测到Al4C3,接头抗剪强度达到了88MPa,达到了母材的54%,比直接对焊时提高了近40MPa。24535
采用Al-Si-Cu-Ni-Mg系钎料对SiCp/Al复合材料进行真空钎焊试验。接头剪切强度会随着钎焊温度和保温时间的增加而上升,在钎焊温度580℃下保温时间90min,达到峰值。

Abstract
SiCp/Al composite materials with the characteristics of light weight, high strength, but also has good resistance to fatigue, creep resistant, heat resistant, wear resistant, high heat conductivity, low thermal expansion, vibration reduction and size stability and a series of advantages, become a national economic development and the important structural materials in the field of national defense construction.With the development and application of aluminum matrix composites, the reliability of the welding is increasingly attention.Due to enhanced the introduction of the body, makes the connection composite materials are much more difficult than homogeneous material, so that has prevented the rapid development of the material.This paper studies the SiCp/Al composite materials and electron beam brazing the weld characteristic of the two kinds of welding methods, eventually won the good welded joint.

Title Aluminum composite welding process test and performance analysis
Abstract
This paper studies the SiCp/Al composite materials and electron beam brazing two kind of welding method, joint for the macrostructure, microstructure, hardness and mechanical properties analysis.Results show that the SiCp/Al composite materials of the optimal process parameters of electron beam welding for I=17mA,V=13cm•s-1 (line energy for 78J•cm-1).Filler material can obviously improve the joint microstructure and properties, especially in I=17mA,V=13cm•s-1 process specification, add in al-si eutectic alloy joint organization didn't detect Al4C3, joint shear strength reached 88MPa, is up to 54% of the parent metal, higher than that of direct butt welding for nearly 40MPa.
The Al - Si - Cu - Ni - Mg series solder of SiCp/Al composite vacuum brazing experiment was carried out.Joint shear strength will be increased with the increase of brazing temperature and holding time increase, the brazing temperature under 580 ℃ heat preservation time of 90 min.
