高氮奥氏体不锈钢在模拟海洋环境下的冲刷腐蚀行为研究

摘要:随着科学技术的发展,人类活动的不断增加,陆地资源日渐枯竭,海洋资源开发是人类未来的发展方向之一,因为海洋腐蚀环境复杂,腐蚀性强。为了解决海工材料的腐蚀问题,人类开发出了许多新型材料,而高氮钢正是这几年出了的新型材料。高氮钢制造简单,造价低廉,耐腐蚀性能较好,在许多领域都有广泛的应用。而且由于铜合金的性能已经无法满足当前对环境保护的需求,因此,越来越多的人开始了对高氮钢的研究,利用高氮钢来解决这一问题。

实验通过失重法电化学测试等方法研究了高氮钢在2.4%NaCl溶液中的冲刷腐蚀行为。结果表明:高氮钢在2.4%NaCl溶液(不含海泥)中的冲刷腐蚀行为存在临界流速,临界流速值介于4-5m/s;高氮钢的失重随海泥浓度的增加出现先降低后增加的趋势,而加入石英砂(38μm)后,高氮钢的失重随石英砂浓度的增加而增大。腐蚀在高氮钢的冲刷腐蚀过程中作用较弱,力学磨损因素占主要因素,在实验室研究超细颗粒(6.6μm)对材料冲刷腐蚀的影响时,应特别注意旋转圆盘的适用性问题。

舟山海域泥沙含量较高,且通过实验发现舟山海域的细小泥沙对高氮钢有一定的保护作用,而且浓度越高对高氮钢保护作用越强。但是一旦加入其他杂质,腐蚀速率就会大大增加。而舟山海域独特的性质造成了冲刷腐蚀大部分受腐蚀影响,力学作用影响很小。在考虑舟山海域船只或设备中的过流部位寿命时,更应该注重提高材料的抗腐蚀性能,而不是耐磨性。

Abstract:With the development of science and technology, land resources are being used up with the increasing activities of human beings. The development of marine resources is one of the future development directions of mankind, because the marine corrosion environment is complex and corrosive. In order to solve the problem of the corrosion of marine materials, a lot of new anticorrosive materials like highnitrogen steel have been made. And high-nitrogen steels have been widely used because of its simple manufacture, low cost and good corrosion resistance. Besides, as the nature of copper alloy has been unable to meet the current needs of environmental protection, more and more people began to change their focus to the study highnitrogen steels.

The corrosion behavior of high nitrogen steel in 2.4% NaCl solution was studied by means of weight loss electrochemical test. The results show that there is a critical velocity in the erosion behavior of high nitrogen steel in 2.4% NaCl solution (excluding sea mud), and the critical flow velocity is between 4-5 m / s. The weight loss of high nitrogen steel increased first and then increased with the increase of sea mud concentration. After adding quartz sand (38μm), the weight loss of high nitrogen steel increased with the increase of quartz sand concentration. Corrosion in the high-nitrogen steel erosion erosion process is weak, the mechanical wear factors accounted for the main factors. In the laboratory study of ultra-fine particles (6.6μm) on the impact of erosion erosion, should pay  special attention to the applicability of rotating discs The sediment content of Zhoushan sea area is higher and according to the experimental results, fine sediments in Zhoushan sea area can protect the highnitrogen steels and the higher the concentration of the sediments are, the stronger protection the sediments have. But if other impurities are added, the corrosion rate will be increased. Corrosion has a large effect on the sea area compared with erosion due to the unique nature of Zhoushan sea area.
