摘要利用双面TIG焊接工艺,对6mm厚高氮钢板进行焊接工艺试验研究,设计固氮方案为以氩气和氮气的混合气体为保护气进行焊接,对获得的焊缝进行外观检查和X光无损检测,同时对接头进行焊接接头冲击实验、拉伸实验、硬度测试和微观组织分析。结果表明,当保护气为纯氩时,焊接速度为15 cm/min,电流为120A能够得到良好的焊缝,X射线检测显示焊缝质量良好,只有少量气孔,并无未熔合缺陷。所得焊接接头冲击值为82J,抗拉强度为825MPa。当保护气为氩气和氮气的混合气体时,焊透电流的大小随着氮含量的增加而减少,平均氮含量每增加10%,电流就会降低10A,而保护气中加氮后,焊缝内部气孔明显减少,但是表面出现横向裂纹。根据实验现象得出,在纯氩保护气中加入氮气确实可以减少焊接时氮的溢出。28725

Title Experimental study on double arc welding of high nitrogen steel
Abstract
The double side TIG welding process, to 6mm thick high nitrogen steel plate welding process test research, and to obtain the seam for visual inspection and X-ray non-destructive detection, at the same time, the joint welded joint impact test, tensile test, hardness test and microstructure analysis. Results show that when the protective gas for pure argon, welding speed for 15 min, current is 120a can get good weld, X-ray inspection showed good weld quality, only a small amount of pores, there is no lack of fusion defects. The impact value of the welded joint was 82J, the tensile strength was 825MPa. When the protective gas is a mixture of argon and nitrogen, the size of the current with the increase of nitrogen content decreases, the average nitrogen content per 10% increase, the current will reduce 10A, and protection of gas and nitrogen, the weld porosity decreased obviously, but appear on the surface of transverse crack. According to the experimental phenomenon, a nitrogen fixation scheme is designed.
