摘要:本文采用数值模拟软件deform-3D对镦粗变形过程中应变场的分布进行了模拟研究,并通过数值处理得出应变场分布的规律,模拟结果表明;铝合金镦粗后的试样内部存在不均匀变形,且中心变形程度大,边缘变形程度小。且随压下量增加,应变也同时增大,但不同位置的应变增大量各不相同。表面处应变增加较小,中心处应变增量较大。随后,分别采用螺纹法和比容法对模拟结果进行了验证,螺纹法是传统测应力的方法,而本次采用更简便的实验比容差法来验证实验的准确性。螺纹法验证称重法基本吻合,说明称重法的正确,用称重法验证模拟,实验结果和模拟结果基本吻合,从而分析了数值模拟和二次称重法在研究铝合金镦粗变形应力分布的可行性和可靠性。最后分别用Gauss函数、Lorentz函数以及Voigit函数对模拟的z轴方向和x轴方向不同位置应力分布规律进行了拟合分析,发现镦粗变形过程中的应力分布能用Gauss函数、Lorentz函数以及Voigit函数较好的表达。35181

Study on the strain measurement and distribution of the aluminum alloy upsetting deformation
Abstract:This article adopts the numerical simulation software deform 3 d on upsetting deformation distribution of the strain field in the process of simulation, and the regularities of the strain field distribution are obtained through numerical processing, simulation results show that; Aluminum alloy after upsetting sample within homogeneous deformation, deformation degree and center, edge deformation degree is small. And with the increase of reduction, strain also increases, but the different location of the strain of each are not identical. Smaller surface strain increases, the center place strain increment is bigger.
