摘要:本论文从成核剂的作用机理出发,介绍了不同用量的成核剂对玻纤增强尼龙66结晶和力学性能的影响。利用双螺杆挤出造粒机组制备出了性能优异的玻璃纤文增强尼龙66工程塑料。
结果表明,成核剂的加入使玻纤增强尼龙66结晶速率提高,结晶温度提高;随着成核剂的加入玻纤增强的力学性能均增强,弯曲强度、弯曲模量、断裂强度和冲击强度均有所增加,耐热性无明显变化,断裂伸长率降低。6207

Influence of nucleating agent on the crystallization of glass fiber reinforced nylon 66 crystallization and mechanical properties
Abstract: In this paper, the content of nucleating agent on the glass fiber reinforced nylon 66 crystallization effects and mechanical properties are introduced by the mechanism of nucleation agent. The high performance glass fiber reinforced nylon 66 engineering plastics were prepared by the twin-screw extrusion granulation unit.
The results show that the addition of nucleating agent make the crystallization rate of the glass fiber reinforced nylon 66 crystallization rate increase and the crystallization temperature increases. With the addition of nucleating agent mechanical properties of glass fiber reinforced increase, the flexural strength, flexural modulus, tensile strength and impact strength are increased, heat resistance did not change significantly, the elongation at break decreased.
