本文通过测试 2205 双相不锈钢 1050℃固溶处理后在不同腐蚀介质环境下的 电化学极化曲线以及阻抗谱,SSRT 慢应变速率拉伸实验的数据,分析不同腐蚀介 质对 2205 双相不锈钢的氢脆敏感性的影响。
电化学实验结果显示,2205 双相不锈钢于 1050℃固溶处理后,在各腐蚀介质 环境下表现出的腐蚀敏感性从大到小排列为 3。5%NaCl>0。5M H2SO4>0。4M HCl。 SSRT 实验结果显示在试样进行充氢后,韧性均有所下降,其中以 3。5%NaCl 及 0。5M H2SO4 腐蚀液中材料韧性降低最为显著,而在 0。4M HCl 中则很不明显。

Abstract 2205 Duplex stainless steel (DSS) is composed of ferrite(α) and austenite(γ) phases not only have excellent mechanical properties of ferrite phase, but also have great corrosion resistance of the austenitic phase。 DSS2205 is widely used in marine constructions, acid storage containers, and oil and gas pipeline because of these great well-balanced characteristics。 However, during the service of DSS2205, since service condition contains large amounts of impurity ions, combined with artificial protection measures, such as cathodic protection, causing hydrogen ion permeate into the interior of DSS easier。 Combination of applied stress and hydrogen, 2205 duplex stainless steel appeared brittle fracture, resulting in an extremely serious production accident。
In this paper, make the sample of 2205 Duplex stainless steel after 1050℃solution
treatment in different corrosion solutions, and have them hydrogen charged and free respectively。 Then we have Electrochemical Experiments and Slow Strain Rate Tension Experiments, at last analyse the effect of different corrosion solutions impose on the hydrogen embrittlement of 2205 duplex stainless steel。
The result supposes that,after temperature 1050℃ solid treatment of DDS2205,
the corrosion susceptibility in different media environment is 3。5%NaCl>0。5M H2SO4>0。4M HCl in sequence。 And after the sample were filled with hydrogen, their toughness decreased。 And the decrease of toughness in 3。5%NaCl is the most obvious one。
