摘要随着航空航天事业的不断发展,铝锂合金的发展与应用越来越得到重视。随着铝 锂合金的发展,第三代铝锂合金克服了第二代铝锂合金的缺陷。近年来,随着铝锂合 金中的 Cu/Li 比的提高,铝锂合金的性能大大提高。本文针对 2060 铝锂合金搅拌摩 擦焊接头组织性能进行研究,通过金相观察、硬度测试、拉伸试验、断口分析、焊核 区成分分析等方法揭示不同的焊接参数对其焊接接头组织性能的影响及其原因。试验 结果表明:接头显微硬度值分布趋势沿焊缝中心两侧基本对称,呈 W 状,机械热影 响区的显微硬度最低为 110~115HV。前进侧的硬度值要比后退侧硬度值低。在焊接 参数为 w=600r/min,v=100mm/min 时,抗拉强度达到最大为 443MPa,占母材强度的 83。58%。当焊接参数为 w=800r/min,v=100mm/min 时,焊核区附近会出现“白色带 状组织”。80642

AbstractWith the continuous development of aerospace industry, the development and application of aluminum lithium alloy has been paid more and more attention。Along with the development of aluminum lithium alloy, the third generation aluminum lithium alloy has overcome the defect of the second generation of aluminum lithium alloy。In recent years, with the increase of the ratio of Cu/Li in Al Li alloy, the properties of Al Li alloy are greatly improved。This paper in 2060 aluminum lithium alloy stirring friction welding head tissue properties were studied, by means of optical microscopy, hardness test, tensile test, fracture analysis, nugget component analysis method to reveal the reason that different welding parameters effect on the welding joint microstructure and properties。The results show that the micro hardness distribution of the joint is basically symmetrical along the sides of the weld, which is W shape, and the micro hardness of the TMAZ is the lowest ,which is 110~115HV。The hardness value of the forward side is lower than that of the back side。When the welding parameters are w=600r/min, v=100mm/min, the tensile strength reaches the maximum ,which is 443MPa。Additionally it accounts for 83。58% in the strength of the base material。When the welding parameters are w=800r/min and v=100mm/min, there will be a white banded structure in the weld Nugget。
