本文利用Marc建立了蛇形轧制的基础模型,研究了蛇形轧制过程中,轧制工艺参数对力能参数的影响,速比,位错对于搓轧区长度以及轧制变形的影响。探究了蛇形轧制这一新型轧制方法对于轧件轧制过程中轧制变形的影响,并利用软件对数据进行了处理分析对比
得到以下结论,在蛇形轧制过程中,由于速比的出现,导致上下表面摩擦力方向的改变,从而导致搓轧区的出现;速比的增加能够降低轧制压力,同时提高轧件的等效应变;搓动量的增加能够增加轧制压力,并且增加等效应变;搓轧区的长度对于轧制力等其他力能参数有着直接影响,速比的增加会使搓轧区增大,搓动量的增加会减小搓轧区,搓轧区的大小由两者相互调节作用以满足轧制要求。

Abstract With the development of new generation of aerospace, shipbuilding and other construction industry, for a variety of parts showing a large-scale and the overall trend, especially for large thickness of aluminum alloy made an urgent demand。 In the process of preparing aluminum alloy thick plate, the traditional symmetrical rolling deformation is difficult to penetrate into the core, resulting in uneven surface and core microstructure performance, and the excess stress is too high。 Snake rolling is a plastic deformation technique that has been applied to the improvement of various metal plates。 Compared with the traditional rolling, the snake rolling can increase the extra shear deformation, so that the deformation penetrates into the thick plate core, increasing the shear deformation of the thick plate core, thus improving the rolling plate organization and performance uniformity。
In this paper, the basic model of snake rolling was established by using Marc。 The effects of rolling parameters on the force energy parameters during the serpentine rolling process were studied。 The influence of the rolling zone on the rolling force parameters。 The effect of the error on the length of the rolling zone。 The effect of the new rolling method on the rolling deformation during the rolling process was investigated, and the data were analyzed and compared by Origin and other software。
