想建立安卓的开发环境，安装提供的UBUNTU 64BIT的操作系统
但是我建立虚拟机的时候

(3) Power-cycle the host if you have not done so since installing VMware Workstation.

我怎么才能正确的安装这个64BIT的UBUNTU？？？

去BIOS里面去看看，将Intel VT-x使能，将”trusted excecution“关闭。
(2) Power-cycle the host if either of these BIOS/firmware settings have been changed.
如果BIOS设置完毕，请关机重启。
(3) Power-cycle the host if you have not done so since installing VMware Workstation.
如果安装完VMware Workstation之后，没有关机重启，请关机重启试一下。
(4) Update the host's BIOS/firmware to the latest version.
如果上述方法都不行，试着升级系统的BIOS。
