ARM开发板上LINUX系统如何加载 .ko 驱动

linux2.6.28内核
现在我有一个 xxxx.ko 驱动模块，下载到开发板上，
然后#insmod 可以成功加载驱动，但是重启开发板后没有了，需要重新加载毕业论文 ，
1.不知如何加载才可以重启有效？？？
2.加载后用什么命令来卸载驱动模块？如何卸载？
#vi /etc/rc.d/rcS
add blow two lines to tail of rcS file
insmod /file_path/file_name
sh
I would like to figure out that the rcS file is in the /etc/init.d/rcS.
