摘要施工组织设计是工程建设中十分重要的一个环节，对于工程的整个建设环节都有 着举足轻重的作用。
近年来 BIM 技术在建筑业中发展的风生水起，建筑工程的各个阶段都开始采用 BIM 技术进行工作的优化和升级。在施工阶段运用 BIM 技术也显得尤为重要。采用 该技术进行模板脚手架的设计验算工作，能够方便快捷的进行模板脚手架的布置。三 维场地布置的开发，让施工现场的管理和布置更加直观高效。Project 软件进行进度计 划的编制能够在施工之前对项目进行合理规范的安排。BIM5D 的应用能够让工程负 责人员更精确的控制施工的全过程。84984
通过本次的毕业设计，让学生对施工的全部过程有一个相对全面的了解，对工地 的各项组织分配、人员安排、职责权限有一个相对明确的认识。同时也发现了一些技 术操作上的不足和难点。

ABSTRACT Construction design is a very important part of the construction and plays a pivotal role in the all construction aspects of the entire project。
Recent years, the BIM technology burgeoned a lot in the construction industry。 The various stages of construction have started using BIM technology to optimize and upgrade their works。 The use of BIM technology in the construction phase is also very important。 Using this technology for checking template scaffold’s design work can carry out easily and quickly arrangement。 The three-dimensional arrangement’s development makes construction site’s management more intuitive and efficient。 The project software can arrange a reasonable schedule for the project before the construction。 The application of BIM5D allows the managers engineering take more precise control of the whole construction process。
Through this graduation project, we have a relatively comprehensive understanding of the entire process of the construction, and also have a relatively clear understanding of the organization of the distribution site, staffing, responsibility and authority。 But at the same time we also found some problems and technical difficulties in operation。
