摘要此次毕业设计内容为悦鑫苑 2#12 层钢结构住宅楼设计，住宅楼主体为12层钢框架结构，采用框架体系能够提供较大的内部使用空间，建筑平面布置灵活，能够适应各种户型的使用功能。梁柱均采用H型钢体系，楼面及屋面均采用压型钢板组合楼板体系。本次毕业设计查阅相关建筑规范要求，并严格按照设计规范要求进行设计。本次设计总共包括三部分，首先进行建筑平面图设计：底层平面图、标准层平面图、顶层平面图、屋顶平面图，其次为结构构件设计验算，包括屋面板、梁柱、楼梯和基础验算，在荷载方面，最后进行施工图绘制。在考虑荷载作用时，我们考虑到地震作用、风荷载作用、雪荷载作用同时作用下的内力组合。住宅楼在满足安全的前提下，充分考虑经济性和实用性。并运用了PKPM、AutoCAD等软件来进行绘图和验算，确保设计的准确性和可靠性。87371
