摘要本毕业设计为南京市某购物中心的建筑设计和结构设计。该购物中心为五层建筑,层高为5。7m,采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,结构安全等级为二级,基础场地类别为Ⅱ类,抗震按7度设防标准设计。建筑设计完成了1~5层的平面设计,东立面、西立面、南立面和北立面的立面设计,主出入口以及楼梯部分的剖面设计,并绘制了相应的建筑施工图。结构设计完成了楼盖和屋盖的结构设计,次梁的结构设计,一榀典型框架的结构设计,消防楼梯的结构设计,以及基础的结构设计,并绘制了相应的结构施工图。结构设计中,楼盖均为双向板,计算时采用塑性绞线法,竖向荷载作用下框架内力采用分层法和弯矩二次分配法计算,由于活荷载作用下框架内力远小于恒荷载作用下框架内力,所以在考虑最不利荷载布置时,活荷载按满跨方式布置。由于梁柱线刚度比很大,水平地震作用下框架内力采用底部剪力法和反弯点法计算。本说明还对竖向恒荷载作用下框架弯矩手算值进行了电算校核,统计并分析了手算误差。由PKPM算得上部结构荷载后,由于上部结构荷载较小,建筑选址地基承载力适中,所以采用柱下独立基础。87507

Title Architectural and Structural Design of a Shopping Mall Building in Nanjing
Abstract The graduation project is architectural and structural design of a shopping mall building in Nanjing。This building has five layers。 The height of each layer upon layer is 5。7 meters。Structure form adopted the cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame structure。 Structure security is the second。 The basic categories is the second class。 Structure seismic design is on the basis of seven degrees fortification。 This paper finished architectural design of one to five floors, south,north,east and west facade designs, sectional designs of main entrance and the part of stairs, and the corresponding construction drawings。 Structural design includes floor and roof design, one typical frames, fire stairs, foundation design, and the corresponding construction drawings。 Among structural design, All floors are two-way slabs。 They are calculated with plastic strand method。 The internal forces of frame under vertical load calculated with layered method and the second moment method of distribution method, The internal forces of frame under live load are far less than that under dead load。So when considering the most unfavorable layout, live load is arranged with full spans。Linear stiffness ratio of beam with column is very large。 So the internal forces of frame under horizontal earthquake load calculated with the bottom shear method and inflection point method。 Also,the moment of frame under vertical dead load is checked by software PKPM, and the errors of hand calculation are counted and analyzed。 After the load data of the the upper structure obtained by PKPM, it is obvious that the load is small。 In addition, the bearing capacity of foundation is moderate。 So the reinforced concrete column independent foundation is adopted。
