摘要本毕业设计为位于南京市东郊的中航公司综合办公楼，设计为三层，建筑面积约3000平米。建筑设计完成该建筑的平面设计，立面设计和剖面设计，并绘制相应的施工图。结构设计完成了钢框架结构设计，组合楼板设计，楼梯间设计以及基础设计。框架结构设计包括：结构选型和结构布置，确定构件截面，并对其中一一榀横向框架内力进行组合分析及计算，水平地震作用下框架内力采用D值法计算，验算结构构件截面，以及完成梁柱节点、柱脚设计。基础设计包括：基础选型，进行基础尺寸和配筋设计。绘制结构设计部分相应的结构施工图。87509

1 工程概况
本建筑为中航公司综合办公楼，位于江苏省南京市。共三层，全部为办公用房，总建筑面积：2911。7 ，占地面积：970。6 ，层高3。3m，室内外高差0。400m，室外绝对标高为10。3m。
