摘要本毕业设计为南京江宁开发区某公司办公楼设计，该办公楼是五层的钢筋混凝土框架结构。首先根据办公楼的功能对办公楼1-5层进行平面布置，确定了办公楼的结构平面，本着简洁的风格确定了楼的主立面和侧立面；对框架结构进行内力计算，首先确定结构布置，计算荷载传递，选取一榀框架计算框架内力，根据国家建筑抗震结构设计规范进行了地震作用下的计算和设计，之后设计利用PKPM软件进行电算验算，并计算了建筑基础；最后进行相应的配筋计算，并根据计算结果绘制了建筑施工图。本文严格按照最新的国家规范标准进行计算，确保符合行业标准和国家规范。87561
