摘要21世纪以来,基础设施、大型结构的损伤累积和破坏行为等问题日渐突出,对重要结构的健康监测要求也变得越来越严格。碳纤维复合材料(简称 CFRP)具有良好的承载和传感特性,为了实现结构的自感知特性,为结构健康监测提供基础,对碳纤维复合材料的自感知特性研究成为了当前土木工程领域的热点。 87573
本文主要研究了分布式碳纤维传感器的力阻效应,具体内容如下:
1。 对碳纤维复合材料的导电机理进行了数学模型分析,了解了常用的碳纤维复合材料电阻测量方法。
2。 以模压成型工艺制备了不同电极数量的碳纤维传感器,记录了不同电极数量的碳纤维传感器的初始电阻,通过碳纤维传感器单轴拉伸试验,研究了传感器的电阻及电阻变化率随应变的变化规律,分析了不同电极数量对碳纤维传感器电阻变化率—应变关系的影响。
3。 采用碳粉为导电外掺料,以模压成型工艺制备了三组不同碳粉掺量的碳纤维传感器,观察了碳纤维传感器的初始电阻随碳粉掺量的变化规律,通过单轴拉伸试验,研究了传感器的电阻及电阻变化率随应变的变化规律,分析了碳粉掺量对碳纤维传感器电阻变化率—应变关系的影响,进而获得使碳纤维传感器灵敏度达到最高的最佳碳粉掺量。

Abstract In the 21st century, the infrastructure, the large structure damage accumulation and destruction, for important structural health monitoring (SHM) has become more and more strict。 Carbon fiber composite materials (CFRP) has good load-bearing characteristics and self awareness, for the realization of the structure of self awareness, real-time health monitoring provides the basis for the realization of the structure, the perception characteristics of carbon fiber composite materials research has become the current hot spot in the field of civil engineering。
This paper mainly studied the number of measuring point and the carbon powder content of original distributed fiber sensing pressure effect, the influence of the main contents are as follows:
1。Check data, first on the conductivity of carbon fiber composite materials (CFRP) and sensing theory for mathematical analysis, understand the resistance measurement method。
2。 To brush glue process was prepared by 2 groups of different number of measuring points of carbon fiber sensing element, recorded the number of measuring point initial resistance of carbon fiber sensing element, by carbon fiber sensor uniaxial tensile test, study the relationship between the resistance of the sensing element along with the change of strain and resistance rate changing with the strain; Analyzed the different number of measuring points on the carbon fiber sensing element resistance rate - the relationship of strain。
