摘要本次毕业设计课题为南京某高校青年教师公寓建筑与结构设计。首先，遵照各类建筑设计规范与实际设计要求，在考虑青年教师公寓的特点与功能性，确定建筑设计方案，并绘制主要平面、立面、剖面的建筑设计图与施工图；其次，根据建筑方案进行结构设计，完成了三层楼楼板的设计、选取的一榀框架的结构设计、以及相应楼梯的结构设计，并且绘制了相应的结构施工图；最后，通过PKPM软件进行建模，我对结构的手工计算过程进行校核，分析误差，并利用其导出的数据进行了结构的基础设计，完成了相应基础设计图与施工图的绘制。87633

Abstract：Architectural and structural design of a youth teachers’ apartment of one university in one district of Nanjing was finished in this paper。 First of all, in accordance with various kinds of building design standards and the actual design requirements, taking the characteristics and functions of the apartment into account, I determined the architectural design, and protract the main plane, elevation, sectional architectural design and construction plans; what’s more, according to the architectural design, I completed the design of the third-floor floorslab, the structural design of selected specimens of a framework, and the corresponding structural design of the staircase, and draw the corresponding construction drawing; Finally, by using PKPM modeling software, I checked the manual calculation structures, analysed errors, used the exported data to design the basic design structure, and completed the drawing of the appropriate foundation design and construction。源-于,优+尔^论=文.网wwW.yOueRw.com 原文+QQ752.018766

1 绪论
