摘要本设计课题为上海嘉定区公寓结构设计。采用剪力墙结构,该建筑仅供居住使用,共两部电梯,两部部楼梯,一层八户。本工程结构地上十六层,地下三层,屋顶为电梯维修层加结构找坡,坡度2%,建筑物高度为50.0m。近几年来随着人口的增多,越来越多的高层拔地而起,剪力墙结构也应运而生。43506
剪力墙结构是用钢筋混凝土墙板来代替框架结构中的梁柱,能承担各类荷载引起的内力,并能有效控制结构的水平力,这种用钢筋混凝土墙板来承受竖向和水平力的结构称为剪力墙结构。这种结构在高层房屋中被大量运用。
剪力墙结构是指纵横向的主要承重结构全部为结构墙的结构。当墙体处于建筑物中合适的位置时,它们能形成一种有效抵抗水平作用的结构体系,同时,又能起到对空间的分割作用。结构墙的高度一般与整个房屋的高度相等。
本设计课题采用剪力墙结构不仅能满足建筑使用功能方面的各种要求,且在结构设计阶段合理布置墙和梁,使得整个结构受力合理,并能达到较好的经济效益。
