摘 要 本设计为镇江市公司宿舍楼。通过实践中对公司宿舍楼的设计,包括建筑设计,结构设计等,来综合所学的知识,达到融会贯通的效果。 建筑采用混凝土框架结构。不含地下室共有 6层,第一层层 4.4米,其各标准层3.3 米,主体高度 21.8米。总建筑面积约 4500平方米。设防烈度取 7 度,基本地震加速度为 0.15g。II类场地。 建筑设计方面:设计房屋的尺寸大小,依据最新的设计规范,保证其美观性,实用性及耐久性。同时对采光通风消防等方面有所顾及,进行人性化的设计。 结构设计方面:依据建筑设计并依据相应的规范,对梁板柱墙进行尺寸设计,后进行受力分析,分为两部分四方面,第一部分是竖向荷载,分为两方面是恒荷载和活荷载,第二部分是水平荷载,分为地震荷载和风荷载。接着进行荷载作用效应分析及效应组合。最后进行楼梯楼板和基础的设计。58306
