摘要本课题通过对徐州铜山区某高层建筑物作为沉降变形监测对象，介绍了其高层建 筑物沉降变形的含义和意义。简单介绍了变形监测在当今时代发展的状况和国外利用 现代先进技术对变形监测的研究，并对测量方法和外业监测注意事项进行了简单的概 述，研究得到的数据并分析。通过对高层建筑物沉降监测数据的处理，总结出建筑物 沉降变形的规律，并通过分析，明确建筑物变形的主要影响因素，绘制出沉降曲线图 和沉降速度曲线图，结合外部条件分析了相互数据之间的关系，提出如何减少或者减 小高层建筑物沉降变形的有效措施和方法。73914

Abstract This paper introduces the meaning and significance of the settlement deformation of high-rise buildings by the example of a high-rise building in Xuzhou。 In this paper, the development situation of deformation monitoring in the present age and the research of deformation monitoring by using modern advanced technology are introduced briefly, and the measurement methods and the matters needing attention in the field of foreign trade are briefly summarized。 Analysis of the data obtained and analyzed。 Based on the data of settlement monitoring of high rise buildings, the law of settlement and deformation of buildings is summarized。And through the analysis of building a clear deformation of main influence factors, draw the curve of settlement and subsidence velocity curve, combined with external conditions, it is analyzed that the relationship between each other and data, and puts forward protective measures to reduce the deformation。
