摘要节能与减排是目前船舶行业面临的两大挑战,同时也是两个机遇。在20世纪以来,柴油机凭借其优异的动力和燃油的经济性能,被越来越广泛的使用,但是由于燃油燃烧会产生一定的污染物,其中氮氧化物对环境的影响较大。世界各国都在对氮氧化物的排放进行控制,促使着国内外对于控制氮氧化物的排放技术发展迅速。选择性催化还原反应是其中较好的一个。现在商业上选择尿素溶液取代氨气来避免氨气的泄漏问题,尿素溶液可以在排气的过程中产生氨气作为还原剂。83181
船用柴油机催化还原反应(SCR)系统的结构及其优化设计对其性能以及在船舶中的安装布置影响很大。本文选择一款柴油机作为研究对象来对SCR系统进行相关的理论计算和各系统的建模仿真。具体内容包括。
(1)基于SCR各类理论的深入学习,就SCR原理,各部分的功能进行详细的了解。
(2)通过对SCR的理论学习,针对SCR得安装位置进行分析比较,确定最后的总体设计方案。
(3)对SCR系统各部分进行理论计算,就反应器,催化剂,尿素喷射系统,吹灰系统进行具体的参数计算。
(4)利用SOLIDWORKS软件对SCR各部分的系统进行三维建模。

ABSTRACT Energy-saving and emission-reduction are the two challenges but also two opportunities shipbuilding industry are facing nowadays。 Since the 20th century,diesel engine with its excellent power and fuel economy performance, its becoming more and more widely used。 But because the fuel combustion will produce certain pollutants。 including nitrogen oxides have bigger influence on the environment。 Worldwide increasingly stringent emission regulations, leading to carious NOx emissions controlling technology solutions emerging both domestic and international。Selective catalytic reduction reaction is one of the better one in all the ways。Nowadays, Commercial choice urea solution to replace ammonia to avoid ammonia leakage problem。 Urea solution can be generated in the process of exhaust ammonia as a reducing agent。
Marine diesel engine SCR system structure and its optimization design of its impact on the performance and installation in the ship。 In this paper we choose a diesel engine as the research object to relevant theoretical calculation and SCR system modeling and simulation of each system。 The concrete content includes:
(1) In-depth study, based on the theory of the SCR of SCR principle, function of each part in detail。
(2) Through theoretical study of SCR, SCR installation position carries on the analysis comparison, to determine the final overall design scheme。
(3) Part of the SCR system theory calculation, the reactor, catalyst, urea injection system, specific parameters are calculated。 Blowing system。
(4) Using SOLIDWORKS software to various parts of the SCR system for 3 d modeling 。
