摘要该设计为青岛市某专家宿舍楼空调系统设计。地下一层主要用作冷热源机房,空调机房,以及设备用房,地上一、二层为商业用房,三至十层为专家宿舍,空调总面积为3620。建筑高度为31。6m。通过计算,系统的总冷量为305504W,(1,2层总冷负荷为140856W;3-10层总冷负荷为164648W)。总热负荷为319634(1,2层总热负荷为152864W;3-10层总热负荷为166770W)。一丶二层商业用房采用全空气系统,三至十层宿舍楼采用风机盘管加独立新风系统(新风处理到室内等焓状态点,不承担室内负荷)。制冷机组用两台螺杆式冷水机组,白天工况,两台同时运行;夜间工况,关闭一台机组,只对宿舍楼进行空调。整个建筑的风,水系统按照建筑对称的特点划分为两个区域。本次设计对车库及楼梯间做了必要的通风及防排烟。83249
