摘要随着经济的不断发展，传统的养老观念受到冲击，社区居家养老模式的出现在一定程度上弥补了居家养老和机构养老的不足，缓解了养老问题。本文区分了居家养老和社区居家养老两种模式的内涵，学习了美、日、澳三国的养老模式。在此基础上，了解了西安市鸿基新城的现状，并运用SERVQUAL量表的方法，对社区内现有的养老服务建设进行了评估调查。调查结果显示，社区现有的养老服务体系还存在服务设施不够完善、服务专业化水平较低、服务内容单一以及资金有限等问题。因此，本文在鸿基新城现有养老服务模式的基础上，将现有养老服务模式中各部门的职能进行了细化和新增，从而达到提高养老服务水平的目的。最后，从宏观角度上提出了改进养老基础设施建设、调整服务人员的组成结构、拓宽资金渠道及促进养老行业的市场化等解决办法。希望对社区居家养老的发展起到一定的促进作用。86760

Study on the model of community home care service -- Taking Xi'an Hongji as an example
Abstract As the economy continues to develop, the traditional concept of retirement under attacked, the realization of community home care model make some extent compensation for the shortage of home care and institutional care, and easing the elder care problem。 This article distinguishes the conception between home care and institutional care modes, and learning the elder care model of the United States, Japan and Australia。 On this basis, we learn of the current situation of Xi'an Hongji , and using the approach of SERVQUAL scale to conduct the assessment survey of existing elder care service buildings in this community。 The results show that, the service facilities are not perfect enough, lower level professional services, services single and limited funding and other issues are still included in the existing elder care service buildings。Therefore, on the basis of Hongji Metro existing community elder care service model, this article will detailed and new the function of various department of the existing elder care service mode ,so as to achieve the purpose on improving the level of elder care service。Finally, raised the solution of improving elder care infrastructure development, adjusting the composition of the staff structure, broaden the sources of funds and promoting the market-based of the elder care industry from a macro perspective。Hope for playing a role in promoting the development of community home-based elder care。
