摘要:一直以来,女性在劳动力市场中遭受着性别歧视与差别对待,是一种较为普遍的社会现象。然而,近些年来,随着中国产业结构的调整与升级,女性在特定行业的就业中表现出一定比较优势,比如在服装行业。本文以上海市嘉定区 L 服装公司为调查单位,通过对相关人员的访谈,在充分把握所得实证性材料的基础上,试图从行业特性、用人单位以及女性自身等方面,分析女性在服装行业就业中存在比较优势及其原因。通过研究发现,正是由于服装行业的时尚性、劳动密集性、员工成就感易获得,用人单位在考虑女性特质成本、员工流动性、工作环境和条件,以及女性自身的特质与外在环境影响等诸多因素的影响下,才形成了服装行业中女性就业的比较优势。 20002

The Female Relative Advantage and Its Cause in
Employment of Clothing Company in Jiading District,
Shanghai
Abstract: All along, the women suffer gender discrimination and differential treatment in the
labor market is a more common social phenomenon. However, in recent years, as China's
industrial structure adjustment and upgrading, women showed employment in certain specific
sectors of comparative advantage, such as in the garment industry. In this paper, Jiading District
L clothing company as a investigation unit, through interviews with relevant personnel,
resulting in a full grasp of the basis of the empirical material, trying to industry characteristics,
the employer and the women themselves and other aspects, the analysis of women employed in
the garment industry comparative advantage exists and why. The research shows that it is
precisely because of the fashion apparel industry, labor intensive, and easy access to staff a
sense of accomplishment, considering femininity employer costs, staff mobility, the working
environment and conditions, as well as women's own characteristics and effects of the external
environment under the influence of many other factors, before the formation of the garment
industry in the comparative advantage of female employment.

(一)研究缘起
随着市场经济竞争的加剧和我国就业形势的越为严峻, 劳动力市场上对于女性就业
的歧视现象也越来越突出。 ①劳动力保障局部曾对 62 个定点城市劳动力市场职业供求状
况进行调查。结果显示,有 67%的用人单位提出了性别限制,或明文规定女性在聘用期
内不得怀孕生育。就某职业技术学院一次性就业率来看,落实工作单位女学生比例为
