FMEA在企业质量改进中的应用研究

摘要随着如今日益激烈的市场竞争，组织提供的产品、服务质量的好坏，就决定了顾客的满意程度，因此产品的质量控制与改进在企业中显得尤为重要，是其生存之根本。

失效模式及其影响分析(FMEA)是一组系统化的活动，主要分析预测产品生产过程中可能出现的故障，即定性分析故障，进行有效识别，然后进行定量的确定风险优化顺序，降低产品生产的风险，提高可靠度。86902

在本文主要针对紫江公司的吹膜工艺流程，运用因果图分析法，找出该工艺中潜在的失效模式，进而确定该失效模式的严重度S、频度O及可探测度D来计算风险顺序数RPN值，从而得到风险顺序数大的故障，针对故障制定改进措施，实现了对风险的有效控制。

The Application of Quality Control in Enterprise Based on FMEA

Abstract With the increasingly fierce market competition, the quality of the production and the service provided by the organization decide the degree of customer satisfaction, so the quality control and improvement in enterprise is particularly important, it’s the fundamental survival。

Failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) is a set of system activity, which mainly analysis and predict that may appear in the production process of fault。It uses qualitative and quantitative method to find out the solution to reduce the risk of production and improve reliability。

In this paper ,mainly introducing the blown film process in ZiJiang, using the causality diagram analysis method to find out the process potential failure mode and determine the severity, occurrence, detection to calculate the risk priority number, so as to obtain the risk priority number of fault, formulate measures for improvement and control the risk effectively。
