摘要本实验为探究消极情绪状态、积极情绪状态对企业在职人员人际信任判断的影响,实验分为两部分(1)实验一采用单因素实验,探究愤怒、快乐情绪对企业在职人员人际信任的影响,结果表明快乐情绪比愤怒情绪更容易更有利于提高企业中在职人员的人际信任水平,这同样验证了情绪一致性效应模型;(2)实验二采用3×3的实验设计,探究在愤怒、快乐情绪状态下,企业在职人员对不同对象群体的人际信任问题,结果表明快乐情绪状态下,企业在职人员的人际信任水平更高,对其产生了积极作用,这种积极影响在对家人和熟人的信任影响中表现的更为显著,在对陌生人的信任过程中这种积极作用表现的不明显。而在愤怒情绪状态下,企业在职人员的人际信任水平变低,对其产生了消极作用,这种消极的影响在对家人和熟人的信任中表现的不显著,而在对陌生人的信任过程中这种消极影响表现的更为显著,这同样验证了情感注入模型关于情绪与认知判断的关系。88009
