摘    要延迟退休问题是当前以及未来中国社会发展中的重要问题。依据我国社会大背景下制定的延迟退休政策，政策制定者也需要了解民众意愿。本文通过调查，研究了高校教师延迟退休意愿及其影响因素。研究得出结论：大多数高校教师不愿意延迟退休。同时也得出:身体状况、对工作满意度、晋升空间、个人收入状况、社会养老压力现状、退休后生活状况、法定退休年龄、退休后养老金待遇是影响高校教师延迟退休的重要因素。笔者进一步地分析了高校教师愿意和不愿意延迟退休的原因，继而提出了建议和对策。   88335

Abstract Effects due to the deferred retirement problem is an important issue in the current and future development of Chinese society 。According to our country society under the background of deferred retirement policy, policymakers also need to understand popular will  。In this paper, through investigation and research of postsecondary teachers' volition to deferred retirement and its influencing factors 。Research conclusion: most postsecondary teachers don't want to deferred retirement 。It concluded that physical condition, job satisfaction , opportunity for advancement , personal income after retirement, social endowment pressure status, living conditions, compulsory retirement age , retirement pension treatment are the important factors that affect postsecondary teachers' deferred retirement 。The author further analyzed reasons of the postsecondary teachers volition。 At the same time, author puts forward the suggestions and counter measures。
