摘要:全过程造价控制目前在项目建设中已经普及,但在实际实施中因各种原因多流于形式。为了推进全过程造价控制,应将建筑信息模型引入项目建设造价管理中。
本文针对当前工程建设项目全过程造价管理中存在的诸多问题,如我国造价管理模式与市场脱节,工程信息的共享与协同困难等问题,导致成本失控,从而引入BLM和BIM技术。BLM核心是信息管理,BIM是实现BLM的基础,从而解决项目全生命周期中横向信息流失和纵向交流障碍两个方面难题,使各个阶段、各个参与方实时动态地进行工程基础数据共享和交流。进而深化了BIM技术对是成本控制理论的实现的技术核心,一方面注重项目整体表现,如缩短工程、降低工程造价、提升产品质量等;另一方面注重具体任务的效率,如更有效的绘制施工图纸、自动统计工程量信息、更快更准地预测成本信息等。分析了建筑信息模型在全过程造价控制中各个阶段的不同作用,提出建筑信息模型应用的不同形式及其难点,主要针对BIM的建模和BIM的工程量估算做了实际案例的研究,对全过程造价控制的推广实施具有参考价值。

BIM-based technology, the whole process of cost management
Abstract: Nowadays the whole process of cost control in project construction has been popular, but in the actual implementation for various reasons it does not happen. In order to promote the whole process of cost control, building information model should introduce the project construction cost management.
This article in view of the current construction projects in the whole process cost management exists many problems, such as cost management mode with the market in China, the engineering problems such as information sharing and coordination difficulties, lead to cost out of control, thus the introduction of BLM and BIM technology. BLM is core information management, BIM is the foundation of realization of BLM, so as to solve project whole life cycle of information loss and the longitudinal horizontal communication disorders two aspects of problem, make each stage, each participant to engineering based real-time dynamically data sharing and exchange. Then deepen the BIM technology is the core of the technology is the implementation of cost control theory, on the one hand, pay attention to the overall project performance, such as shortening the project, reduce the project cost, improve product quality, etc.; On the other hand, pay attention to the efficiency of specific tasks, such as more effective drawing construction drawings, automatic statistics of quantities information, faster and more accurate to predict the cost information, etc. Analyzes the various stages of the building information model in the whole process of cost control, different function of application of different forms of building information model and its difficulties, mainly for BIM modeling and BIM estimates of quantities for the actual case studies, implementation has reference value for the promotion of the whole process of cost control.
