摘 要女大学生是一个特殊的群体，她们充满激情、感情丰富、积极向上又嫉妒心强烈，容易为生活中的小事所发生矛盾，最近几年来,却有越来越多的女大学生因为无法以正确的态度和做法处理好与室友之间的关系而导致寝室人际矛盾,本选题基于女大学生解决寝室人际矛盾的错误处理方式，运用情绪管理提升女大学生的情绪管理能力和树立女大学生正确的处理方式，协调女大学生寝室人际矛盾，创建良好的寝室氛围,提升女大学生情绪管理能力,本文从情绪管理的四个步骤介入寝室人际矛盾，分别是觉察情绪、分析情绪、调节和控制情绪、维持情绪。本文共分为三部分，第一部分是女大学生寝室人际矛盾概述，主要讲述女大学生寝室人际矛盾的概念解析、主要类型和原因，第二部分是女大学生寝室人际矛盾的理论基础，是从社会工作‘人在情景中’理论、社会学习理论和情绪管理理论讲述的，其中情绪管理理论是本文的介入的重点，第三部分属于操作部分，即女大学生寝室人际矛盾的情绪管理介入，是本文的关键。89674
