摘 要目的：本研究通过调查杭州市社区居民对中医预防保健服务的认知及意愿，为中医预防保健服务在社区的推广、运用提供新的思路和依据。在进行相关理论研究的基础上，调查居民对社区中医预防保健服务的认知及意愿，为基层医疗机构更好地开展中医预防保健服务提供参考。结果：以杭州市作为调研基地，采用随机整群抽样方法，随机抽取杭州市的6个社区（和平苑社区、京都苑社区、闻潮社区、云水社区、宝石社区、上保社区）的300位居民作为调查对象，采取随机拦截的方法进行调查。用描述性统计、单因素以及多因素分析方法分析各个社区居民不同因素对中医健康保健服务的认知与态度情况调查。结论：掌握居民对社区中医预防保健服务的认知及意愿情况：社区居民对中医预防保健服务有所了解，但了解不多，也不全面、准确。因此，急需在社区开展中医预防保健服务的宣教工作，并向重点人群扩展。此次的调查问卷主要是了解现阶段居民对于社区中医预防保健服务的认知与态度情况。需要针对重点人群进行宣传，加强中医“治未病”理念，提高居民认知度。90269

Abstract Objective: This study through the investigation of Hangzhou city community residents’ cognition to the prevention of traditional Chinese medicine health care services and will provide new trains of thought and basis to promote and apply the prevention of traditional Chinese medicine health care services to the community。 This research significance lies in the basis of related theory research and investigation of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) residents of community preventive care service cognition and intention, it will provide the reference for primary health care institutions and it is better for carrying out the prevention of traditional Chinese medicine health care services。 Method: We chose Hangzhou as the research base, using random cluster sampling method, extracting 6 community as the investigation。 The residents joined the research object, and we adopt random intercept method in the investigation。 Analyze the different factors of community residents on the cognition and attitude of traditional Chinese medicine health care situation investigation。 Conclusion: Master residents’ cognition and intention of community preventive care service of the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)： The residents’ know a little about the community prevention of traditional Chinese medicine health care services, but their cognition is not comprehensive and accurate。 Therefore, we should spread the concept of the community prevention of traditional Chinese medicine health care service, and focus on the needed groups。 The questionnaire mainly is to understand the present stage of residents' awareness and attitude of the prevention of traditional Chinese medicine health care services for the community。 We need to focus on the needed people, strengthen the concept of "treating potential diseases" of traditional Chinese medicine and improve the residents' recognition。源Q于W优E尔A论S文R网wwW.yOueRw.com 原文+QQ75201,8766
