国际性会议中大学生志愿服务的动机研究

摘要文章以年G20杭州峰会为案例，通过对G20杭州峰会的大学生志愿者进行问卷调查，从两种心态（曾产生退出心态和从未具有退出心态）、性别、年级多角度探讨了国际性会议中大学生参与志愿服务的动机。研究结果显示，总体上大学生志愿者的参与动机有自我提升型、社会交往型、荣耀追求型、自我奉献型4个主要取向；心态差异分析结果显示，产生退出心态的志愿者相较于不具有退出心态的志愿者有更强烈的追求成绩/职业和人际交往的需求，说明荣耀动机和社会交往动机对志愿行为起激励作用；性别差异分析结果显示，男性大学生志愿者对权力和荣耀的追求显著高于女性，女性大学生志愿者相较于男性有更强烈的学习、奉献社会的心理需求，参与积极性较男性强烈；年级差异分析结果显示，低年级学生自我提升动机和对物质回报的追求动机高于高年级学生，高年级学生的社会交往动机和职业追求动机较为显著。本文的实证研究，表明志愿服务动机的多样并存，说明当今志愿服务活动注重社会价值和个人价值共同发展，有利于纠正以往人们认为志愿活动等同于无私奉献的认知偏差，有利于激励大学生积极参与国际性会议志愿服务活动，同时也有助于志愿工作的开展。90317

A study on the motivation of College Students' voluntary service in international conferences

——A case study of the volunteers of Hangzhou Normal University in the G20 summit in Hangzhou

Abstract According to the 2016 G20 summit in Hangzhou as a case, through a questionnaire survey on the G20 summit in Hangzhou volunteers, from two (had quit mentality mentality and never has sex, grade, out of mind) has discussed the International Student Conference in participation in voluntary service motivation。 The research result shows that the overall college students volunteer the motivation of self promotion, social interaction, the pursuit of glory, self dedication 4 main orientation; attitude difference analysis showed that compared to the mentality of the volunteers to quit is not out of the mentality of the volunteers with more intense pursuit of achievement and interpersonal / occupation To demand that incentive motivation and social motivation to honor voluntary behavior; gender difference analysis showed that male college student volunteers in pursuit of power and glory was significantly higher than that of women, female college student volunteers than men have a stronger learning, contributing to society's psychological needs, participation than men; grade difference analysis results show that the self enhancement motive of low grade students and the pursuit of material rewards motivation than high grade students, high school students of the social motivation and occupation motive is more significant。 The empirical study shows that the motivation of voluntary service, variety, the description of the current volunteer Business activities focus on the social value and the inpidual value of common development, to help people in the past that volunteering is equivalent to the cognitive bias of selfless dedication, to encourage students to actively participate in the International Conference of voluntary service activities, but also contribute to the development of volunteer work。
