摘 要随着改革开放的不断深入和社会主义市场经济体制的逐步确立,我们政府、企业和一些事业单位的一部分为人民群众提供社会福利、社会服务以及社会管理的社会职能逐渐地剥离并转交给了社区，我国的社区建设和社区工作在社会发展与管理当中的地位与作用也越来越突出。与此同时，我国正面临着经济与社会转型过程当中所引发的许多社会问题，而面临着社区居民日益增多的社区服务需求，我们传统的行政主义体制和粗放式的社区工作方式已愈发难以适应现实社区发展和社区工作的要求。90480
我国许多地方纷纷提出要进行社区工作模式的创新与实践，而且近年来社区社会工作实践在全国的很多城市社区都取得了重大进展，社区建设进程的加快和治理方式的改革也引发了社区组织体系的变革。本文在梳理社区建设和社区社会工作发展进程的基础上，探究影响社区社会工作发展路径和模式的因素，为社区工作模式的创新以及建设提出自己的建议。

Abstract With the deepening of reform and opening up and the gradual establishment of the socialist market economic system。Some of of the social function of our government、enterprises and some of the government-affiliated institutions which to provide social welfare, social services and social management of social functions gradually stripped and transferred to the community。China's community construction and community work in social development and management of the status and role of more and more prominent。At the same time, China is facing economic and social transformation which caused many social problems,while facing the growing needs of community residents in the community service,our traditional administrative system and extensive community work style has become increasingly difficult to meet the requirements of real community development and community work。
Many parts of our country have proposed to carry out community work model innovation and practice。In recent years, community social work practice in many cities in the country community have made significant progress,the process of accelerating the community building and the reform of governance has also led to the transformation of the community organization system。This article will be based on the combing of the process of community construction and community social work development,to explore the factors that affect the path and pattern of community social work development, and will make some recommendation on the innovation and construction of community work model。
