论智商情商在导游成长与发展中的作用

摘要本文主要论述了当今社会智商和情商对导游的成长与发展所起的作用。首先，从思维力、注意力、记忆力、观察力、判断力与应变力六个方面探讨了提高智商对导游成长与发展的作用；其次，从面对高强度的工作产生的倦怠等心理障碍；自我感觉良好，不思进取；失去热情，忘却初心，服务质量下降；面对种种诱惑失去判断力，这四个方面举例论述了情商对导游成长与发展的重要性。本文主要介绍了智商和情商对导游一职的影响，通过采访导游从业人员、查找书籍资料和搜索网络信息等方法完成了此次研究。本文的研究重点在于了解导游工作的本质及其与智商和情商的联系，并例举一系列导游普遍存在的问题进行具体分析、逐一提出对策。通过一系列的研究发现提高智商和培养情商是导游成长和发展的捷径，借此研究给导游从业人员提供借鉴和帮助，以便更好地从事导游工作，促进自身和事业的发展。85769
