摘  要：随着我国经济实力的不断增强，以及国际化进程日益加快，人力资源外包已经在越来越多的企业中发展开来。这一先进管理模式的引进有利于企业降低管理成本，并且推动力企业管理职能由事务性向战略性转移。但作为新生事物，它的存在和发展为企业带来了诸多风险。本文以DB物流公司为例，采用了调查法，将从外包商的甄选、企业文化传承、法律制度构建等方面展开分析，并提供切实可行的策略建议。91164

一、引言
